I was on my son’s field trip and saw a student with this in his lunch…

Kraft Capri Sun Super V juice pouch

I’ve been looking for information on it from the food company (Kraft) but it is not on their website yet.


It is an interesting new product, a juice pouch that combines fruits and vegetables (75% fruit & 25% vegetable) and fortified with fiber.  No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives & fortified with A, C, and E.

One Capri Sun Super V pouch has 70 calories, 0 grams of fat, 20 milligrams of sodium, 18 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, 14 grams of sugar, 0 grams of protein, 10% vitamin C, and 10% vitamin E.

  • 4 medium apple, McIntosh, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown, or more to taste (optional)
