You are correct that the absorption of all the calcium, or for that matter, any food you eat isn&#039;t 100%. In a well balanced diet for an active child, a small amount of over the counter orange juice is within the realm of acceptable. It is a great option for kids who don&#039;t like or cannot tolerate dairy foods or who are picky eaters.</description>

Why would you give your child such a processed food?  Do you know how bioavailable the calcium actually is?  Try almonds, cheese, yoghurt, surely you can come up with a more natural alternative to this rubbish juice!</description>
