		<description>I&#039;m not much of a dessert eater, but I think they need to acknowledge that people can eat a couple of cookies otherwise this is going to turn some people off.  Love the comment on water, but wish they&#039;d say avoid artificially sweetened drinks too.  Surprised there&#039;s no endorsement of yogurt and surprised the lowfat dairy is so limited considering the calcium benefits. Glad they called out potatoes-- some people count them as veggies.  Here&#039;s a tough question: How the heck do we get that proportion of veggies at breakfast?</description>
